Scope

These terms apply to quotations and orders for non-branded hand tools supplied by ACE ART ADVISORY LTD, company number 13441584, registered in England and Wales. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing.

Specification and order confirmation

Each order is based on the specification we agree with you in writing, covering categories, sizes, packaging and order quantity. Where a detail is not settled in writing it is not part of the order.

Prices and currency

Prices are quoted in euro (€) for the specification and quantity agreed. Our quotations are based on the category, specification, packaging and order volume; they are not a published price list. Costs that change materially between quotation and production, such as freight or currency movement, will be discussed with you before the order proceeds.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed with each order. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

Delivery and risk

Delivery arrangements, Incoterms and risk transfer are confirmed in the order confirmation. Where delivery dates are given they are estimates and depend on production and freight schedules.

Cancellation and returns

Because goods are produced and packed to your specification, orders cannot normally be cancelled once production has started. If goods arrive damaged or do not match the agreed specification, tell us promptly with photographs and we will agree how to resolve it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Liability

We supply goods for your onward sale and cannot guarantee that they are suitable for any particular end use, other than as described in the specification. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
